Rental process
01. Reservations
Please specify the date you would like to rent using the reservation form.
Please choose a menu and select the option if you would like a simple hair arrangement.
Prepayment by card is required.
*If you would like to rent on the day, please contact us by phone.
02. Visiting OKINAWA KIMONOKE
Please come to the store on the date you have reserved.
If you don't know where we are, please feel free to call us.
03. Check-in
We will confirm the name of the person making the reservation at the check-in.
Please present identification (passport, driver's license, student ID, etc.) to verify your identity.
Please use the lockers inside the store to store your luggage.
04.Dressing
Dressing (approximately 15 minutes per person)
*The required time varies depending on the number of participants and whether or not you choose any options.
The 3-hour rental period will begin after dressing is complete.
05. Departure
The rental time is counted from the departure time.
In the area around Kitanakagusuku Village, where OKINAWA KIMONOKE is located, there are historical heritage sites such as the Nakagusuku Castle ruins, where you can experience the history of the Ryukyu Kingdom.
Please feel free to ask any questions about recommended ways to get around the area from our staff.
Please enjoy exploring the area until it is time to return the item.

Please return the item within 3 hours of departure.
If you return the item after the due date, a late fee will be charged.
Precautions
<About rental>
◎Please wear or bring an undergarment (tank top or camisole) on the day.
Men should wear or bring shorts.
◎A late fee will be charged if you return after the return time.
・For overdue items of less than one hour, a late fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged per item.
・For overdue items of more than one hour, a late fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) will be charged per item.
Please note that returns after business hours are not possible.
◎If you return the item the next day, an extended stay fee of ¥110,000 (tax included) will be charged per item.
*If you are returning the item late, please be sure to contact us in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
<About same-day reservations>
◎If you are unable to arrive at the reserved time, the rental time will be shortened, so please be aware of this.
*Please note that we do not refund the difference in price.
◎If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after the reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled and a cancellation fee will be incurred.
Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

◎Depending on the weather, your reservation may be unavoidably canceled.

◎Pregnant women should refrain from using this service.
◎We are not responsible for any loss of valuables or other items.

Terms of Use for Ryukyu Kimono Rental
Thank you for using our Ryukyu costume rental service. Please read the following terms and conditions before using the service.
1. Handling of costumes Customers are obligated to take good care of the Ryukyu costumes provided by our store. Please be especially careful not to stain or damage the costumes while eating, drinking, or engaging in outdoor activities.
2. Return of costumes Please return the rented Ryukyu costumes by the specified date and time. If you miss the return time, a late fee will be charged. ・For delays of up to one hour, a late fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged per costume. ・For delays of more than one hour, a late fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) will be charged per costume. Please note that you cannot return the costumes after business hours. If you return the costumes the next day, an additional fee of ¥110,000 (tax included) will be charged per costume. *If you are going to be late in returning the costumes, please be sure to contact us in advance. Please be aware of this.
3. About Damage and Staining of Costumes
If the costume is damaged or stained during rental, the user will be responsible for the repair costs, cleaning costs, or in some cases the cost of purchasing a replacement item.
4. About Photography
The area around our shop is a residential area, so please be especially considerate of your surroundings when taking photos.
-No entry into private homes: Do not enter private property or private home premises without permission.
-Keep noise levels down: Please be careful not to talk loudly so as not to disturb the lives of neighboring residents.
-Respect privacy: Please avoid capturing other people in the photo or violating their privacy.
-Manners in public places: When taking photos in parks or roads, please be careful not to disturb other users or passersby.
Please take photos with good manners so that both customers and local residents can have a pleasant time.
5. About Accidents and Damages
Our shop is not responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur while using the service.
Please use this service at your own risk.
6. Agreement
