RENTAL PROCESS
01. Reservations
Please specify the date you would like to rent using the reservation form.
Please choose a menu and select the option if you would like a simple hair arrangement.
Prepayment by card is required.
*If you would like to rent on the day, please contact us by phone.
02. Visiting OKINAWA KIMONOKE
Please come to the store on the date you have reserved.
If you don't know where we are, please feel free to call us.
03. Check-in
We will confirm the name of the person making the reservation at the check-in.
Please present identification (passport, driver's license, student ID, etc.) to verify your identity.
Please use the lockers inside the store to store your luggage.
04.Kimono Dressing (Approx. 15 minutes per person)
The required time may vary depending on the number of participants and selected options.
Rental time will begin after the dressing is complete.
05. Departure
The rental time starts from the moment you leave.
Around Kitanakagusuku Village, where OKINAWA KIMONO-ya is located, you can explore historical heritage sites such as the Nakagusuku Castle Ruins and experience the rich history of the Ryukyu Kingdom.
Feel free to ask our staff for recommended walking routes or sightseeing tips.
Enjoy your stroll until the return time!
06. Return
Please return the costume by the designated time.
If you return it late, a late fee will be charged.

For Those Who Wish to Have Photos Taken by a Professional Photographer

At OKINAWA KIMONOya, we collaborate with professional photographers.
For those who wish to capture special occasions or unforgettable memories, we are happy to introduce a trusted photographer.
If you are interested, please write "Photographer request" in the remarks section when making your reservation, or contact us in advance.
We will connect you with a photographer based on your preferences, and you will communicate with them directly to arrange the shoot.
Estimated photography fee: from ¥20,000
(This fee is separate from the Ryuso experience fee.)

About the Rental

Please wear or bring an inner layer (tank top or camisole) on the day of your visit.
Men are kindly requested to wear or bring shorts. -
If you return the kimono past the scheduled time, a late fee will apply.
・For delays within 1 hour: ¥1,100 (tax included) per outfit.
・For delays over 1 hour: ¥11,000 (tax included) per outfit.
*Please note that returns outside of business hours are not accepted. -
For next-day returns, an additional fee of ¥110,000 (tax included) per outfit will be charged.
*If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
Same-Day Reservations

If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, the rental time may be shortened.
*Please note that we do not offer partial refunds. -
If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking will be automatically canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Please be sure to contact us if you are running late. -
As we provide a private rental space, if you arrive early, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle or nearby.
We kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled reservation time.
Other Information

Please note that in the case of severe weather, your reservation may be canceled.

For safety reasons, we ask that pregnant individuals refrain from participating.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Changes
We do not accept changes to existing reservations.
If you need to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
Cancellation Policy

Free of Charge:
If we receive notice of cancellation or change by 5:00 PM on the day before your reservation. -
Cancellation Fee: 50% of the rental fee
If we receive notice after 5:00 PM on the day before until the scheduled time on the day of reservation. -
Cancellation Fee: 100% of the rental fee
If you do not contact us and fail to show up by the scheduled reservation time.

Terms of Use for Ryukyu Kimono Rental
Thank you for using our Ryukyu costume rental service. Please read the following terms and conditions before using the service.
1. Handling of costumes Customers are obligated to take good care of the Ryukyu costumes provided by our store. Please be especially careful not to stain or damage the costumes while eating, drinking, or engaging in outdoor activities.
2. Return of costumes Please return the rented Ryukyu costumes by the specified date and time. If you miss the return time, a late fee will be charged. ・For delays of up to one hour, a late fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged per costume. ・For delays of more than one hour, a late fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) will be charged per costume. Please note that you cannot return the costumes after business hours. If you return the costumes the next day, an additional fee of ¥110,000 (tax included) will be charged per costume. *If you are going to be late in returning the costumes, please be sure to contact us in advance. Please be aware of this.
3. About Damage and Staining of Costumes
If the costume is damaged or stained during rental, the user will be responsible for the repair costs, cleaning costs, or in some cases the cost of purchasing a replacement item.
4. About Photography
The area around our shop is a residential area, so please be especially considerate of your surroundings when taking photos.
-No entry into private homes: Do not enter private property or private home premises without permission.
-Keep noise levels down: Please be careful not to talk loudly so as not to disturb the lives of neighboring residents.
-Respect privacy: Please avoid capturing other people in the photo or violating their privacy.
-Manners in public places: When taking photos in parks or roads, please be careful not to disturb other users or passersby.
Please take photos with good manners so that both customers and local residents can have a pleasant time.
5. About Accidents and Damages
Our shop is not responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur while using the service.
Please use this service at your own risk.
6. Agreement
I have read the above terms of use and agree to them when using the Ryusou rental experience service.
I also understand and agree that I will not hold the company responsible for any accidents or damages that occur during the use of the service.
